Camper and Staff Applications

The application is in Portable Document Format (.pdf) which requires Adobe Acrobat Reader to open the document. Make sure you have the most currently available version of the reader, which is a free download from Adobe Once downloaded, the reader will open the document in your browser and then you will be able to print the document

The staff application has 6 pages

You will need to print 2 additional copies of the reference form which is a 2 page document (shows as pages 4 and 5)

If you have trouble, go to the Summer Staff page, complete the form, and we will put one in the mail to you

The camper application will have 10 pages once printed from Adobe Acrobat Reader

It is extremely important to read and complete the application before submitting for assignment
